The prosperous, large district town of Bruchsal stands for innovation, culture and enjoyment. As a 100% subsidiary of the city, Bruchsaler Tourismus, Marketing & amp; Veranstaltungs-GmbH (BTMV) has been an event center successfully positioned on the market for over 35 years with around 500 events per year, as well as two public parking garages. The event center is a. the headquarters of the Badische Landesb\u00fchne.
\nThe BTMV also organizes large-scale events under its own economic responsibility and is a service company for tourism, ticketing and city marketing. The team consists of 20 employees and approx. 15 marginal employees. <\/p>\n

Your main tasks: <\/strong>
\n– Organization of the entire accounting (main accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting)
\n– Responsibility for business and operational controlling as well as for the budget process
\n– Expansion of operational controlling, process analysis, optimization of operational processes \/ structures
\n– Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
\n– Regular preparation of financial and liquidity plans
\n– Creation of evaluations and statistics
\n– Contact person for external consultants and authorities
\n– Processing of all tax-relevant topics
\n– Creation of decision bases for the management, direct communication with the management
\n– Development of organizational and change processes with successful completion also taking into account the digitization of processes
\n– Assessment of funding opportunities, acquisition of funding
\n <\/strong>
\n What is important to us: <\/strong>
\n– Successfully completed studies with kfm. Background, focus on accounting, controlling, tax law or a comparable degree with extensive experience.
\n– Experience in professional and team-oriented management of employees in financial accounting
\n– Very good MS Office skills
\n– Experience with DATEV
\n– Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
