Internship event management (m / f / d)

The prosperous, large district town of Bruchsal stands for innovation, culture and enjoyment. As a 100% subsidiary of the city, Bruchsaler Tourismus, Marketing & amp; Veranstaltungs-GmbH (BTMV) has been an event center successfully positioned on the market for over 35 years with around 500 events per year as well as two public parking garages. The event center is a. the headquarters of the Badische Landesbühne.
The BTMV also organizes large-scale events under its own economic responsibility and is a service company for tourism, ticketing and city marketing. The team consists of 20 employees and approx. 15 marginal employees.
In the event management area, we are offering an internship as a mandatory internship or as a voluntary internship as soon as possible.
What we want from you:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in event management, marketing, business administration, communication or a comparable focus
Conceptual skills
Communication and teamwork skills
Creativity and organizational skills
Commitment and flexibility
Independent and structured way of working
Good to very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Great interest in digital marketing and social media
Your tasks:
Participation in the planning, implementation and follow-up of own events
Support in developing new event concepts
Accompanying the current marketing campaigns
Development of editorial content for our homepage and social media channels
Creation of presentations and reports
Administrative and organizational tasks related to event organization
What we offer you:
Internship: from August 2021
Duration: at least three months, preferably longer
Working hours: full time, 39 hours per week
Remuneration / mini job: € 450.00 per month
