The event center is a. the headquarters of the Badische Landesbühne.
The BTMV also organizes large-scale events under its own economic responsibility and is a service company for tourism, ticketing and city marketing. The team consists of 20 employees and approx. 15 marginal employees.

Your main tasks:
– Organization of the entire accounting (main accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting)
– Responsibility for business and operational controlling as well as for the budget process
– Expansion of operational controlling, process analysis, optimization of operational processes / structures
– Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
– Regular preparation of financial and liquidity plans
– Creation of evaluations and statistics
– Contact person for external consultants and authorities
– Processing of all tax-relevant topics
– Creation of decision bases for the management, direct communication with the management
– Development of organizational and change processes with successful completion also taking into account the digitization of processes
– Assessment of funding opportunities, acquisition of funding What is important to us:
– Successfully completed studies with kfm. Background, focus on accounting, controlling, tax law or a comparable degree with extensive experience.
– Experience in professional and team-oriented management of employees in financial accounting
– Very good MS Office skills
– Experience with DATEV
