As a 100% subsidiary of the city, Bruchsaler Tourismus, Marketing & amp; Veranstaltungs-GmbH (BTMV) has been an event center successfully positioned on the market for over 35 years with around 500 events per year, as well as two public parking garages. The event center is a. the headquarters of the Badische Landesbühne.
The BTMV also organizes large-scale events under its own economic responsibility and is a service company for tourism, ticketing and city marketing. The team consists of 20 employees and approx. 15 marginal employees.

Your main tasks:
– Organization of the entire accounting (main accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting)
– Responsibility for business and operational controlling as well as for the budget process
– Expansion of operational controlling, process analysis, optimization of operational processes / structures
– Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
– Regular preparation of financial and liquidity plans
– Creation of evaluations and statistics
– Contact person for external consultants and authorities
– Processing of all tax-relevant topics
– Creation of decision bases for the management, direct communication with the management
– Development of organizational and change processes with successful completion also taking into account the digitization of processes
– Assessment of funding opportunities, acquisition of funding

What is important to us:
– Successfully completed studies with kfm. Background, focus on accounting, controlling, tax law or a comparable degree with extensive experience.
– Experience in professional and team-oriented management of employees in financial accounting
– Very good MS Office skills
– Experience with DATEV
– Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working

Innovation Day 2021

We start into the future! And you're there!

Friday, October 15, 2021 | from 11:00 a.m. | Free admission to Hubwerk01 and Campus I

On Friday, October 15, 2021, the second InnovationDay of the efeuCampus project will take place in Bruchsal at HubWerk01 and on the campus.

The InnovationDay is an interactive hands-on day for all people from Bruchsal and the surrounding area who are interested in the efeuCampus research project and is under the motto Smart Mobility and Smart City.

There will be a presentation of the autonomous transport vehicles from the efeuCampus project on the Bruchsal campus at 11 a.m. and 12 noon. Experience the robots that drive autonomously on the site and be part of this premiere!
Entry to HubWerk01 is from 2 p.m., where the program starts at 3 p.m. The InnovationDay will be opened by the Mayor of Bruchsal, Ms. Cornelia Petzold-Schick, the managing director of the efeuCampus, Mr. Thomas Anderer, and the managing director of SEW-Eurodrive, Mr. Johann Soder. At 4 p.m., a shuttle service takes guests to the campus. The presentation of the autonomously driving robots takes place here again.
Once again at the HubWerk, the large e-mobility show will showcase e-cars, e-scooters and e-bikes, among other things. An experience to participate!

Other regional companies are also presenting their sustainable, innovative concepts to help shape the cities of tomorrow. The SEW, KIT, Volocopter, the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, the Computer Science Research Center, the future laboratory Z-LAB and many more will be there. Be one of the first to experience decisive innovations for the future of sustainable mobility and logistics.
